Unable to install Office 365 suite – Error 0-2005 (0) with Microsoft Edge on Windows 10

Ce matin un nouveau souci concernant l’installation du Pack Office sur une nouvelle machine Windows 10 toute neuve. / This morning a new problem concerning the installation of the Office Pack on a brand new Windows 10 machine.
L’action est simple. Je me connecte en administrateur du domaine en RDP sur la machine Windows 10 et je me connecte avec un compte utilisateur cloud sur mon tenant et tente d’installer la suite Office directement depuis le portail / The action is simple. I log in as domain administrator in RDP on the Windows 10 machine and I log in with a cloud user account on my tenant and try to install the Office suite directly from the portal
Là je clique sur installer les logiciels / Then I click on install software
Puis installer Office/ Then install Office
Je clique sur exécuter et je me retrouve avec un message d’erreur comme celui-ci / I click on execute and I get an error message like this
J’essaye de télécharger l’exécutable en local et de l’exécuter en Administrateur.. résultat identique/ I try to download the executable locally and run it in Administrator… same result
Et je vois que la configuration est correcte
La station de travail utilise un service de proxy Zscaler déclaré dans la configuration de la machine. Cette machine surfe normalement sur internet. je compte d’administrateur du domaine que j’utilise est bien administrateur de la machine aucun doute la dessus /

Quand je fais cela l’interface de l’explorateur Edge reste blockée et rien ne se passe. Seul moyen de sortir de cette siutaiton c’est de tuer la tache EDGE / When I do this the Edge browser interface stays blocked and nothing happens. The only way to get out of this situation is to kill the EDGE spot
Maintenant essayons en sauvegardant l’exécutable et en l’exécutant en tant qu’administrateur / Now let’s try saving the executable and running it as administrator
Pas mieux , Aucun processus n’est lancé. On ne voit rien dans le gestionnaire de Tâche / No better, no process is launched. We see nothing in the Task Manager

La machine Windows 10 est connectée à travers un proxy Zcaler. En installant Wireshark je peux voir que l’installation de la suite office 265 génére des accès vers internet. Peut-être s’agit-il de blocage proxy.? Pour en avoir le cœur net j’ai d’autres machines dont une machine en Windows 16 qui utilisent la même configuration proxy. En essayant de lancer l’installation du module d’installation Office sur ces machines , aucun problème. l’installation se lance.

Au départ j’utilisais l’explorateur EDGE. j’ai téléchargé Chrome , j’ai positionné ce dernier en tant qu’explorateur par défaut et téléchargé à nouveau le package. Et la miracle ….. l’éxécutable se lance.
